30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. We'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days at info@dulcearmonia.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns

If you've simply changed your mind and the product is still unused and sealed, you can return it within 30 days. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend using a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in transit back to us.

Starting a return

Email info@dulcearmonia.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm whether it's accepted and send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before getting in touch — items returned without prior approval can't be processed.

Refund timing

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you within 48 working hours to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

Items we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, the following can't be returned once opened: opened bottles of laundry perfume, used cleaning products, opened air fresheners. If a sealed product turns out to be faulty, the standard returns policy still applies — please get in touch.
